How Punishments Work (READ FIRST)

• Punishments follow a strict step-by-step order.
  
  

• A user only moves to the next punishment if they repeat the same rule break after already being punished.
  
  

• Punishments are not applied instantly or all at once.
  
  

• The only exceptions are rules that clearly say Immediate Permanent Ban.
  
  

Punishment Types Explained

• Warning – Rule is explained and logged.
  
  

• Mute – Temporary loss of chat privileges.
  
  

• Kick – Removed from the server (can rejoin).
  
  

• Ban – Removed for a set amount of time.
  
  

• Permanent Ban – Removed indefinitely.
  
  

NSFW / Doxxing / Exploits

Includes:

• NSFW or sexual content
  
  

• Sharing private or personal information
  
  

• Hacking, exploiting, cheating, or bypassing systems
  
  

Personal Information Rules

• A user may choose to share their own personal information voluntarily.
  
  

• No user may share someone else’s personal or private information, even if they claim permission.
  
  

• Server-sensitive personal details are never allowed, even if the user shares them themselves.
  
  

Disallowed personal details include (but are not limited to):

• Home address or exact location
  
  

• Full legal name
  
  

• School, workplace, or live whereabouts
  
  

Punishment:
Immediate Permanent Ban
(No warnings.)

Hate Speech

Includes:

• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory slurs
  
  

• Attacks against protected groups
  
  

Punishment:
Immediate Permanent Ban
(Zero tolerance.)

Harassment / Bullying

Includes:

• Insults, threats, or intimidation
  
  

• Repeated targeting of a user
  
  

• Encouraging others to harass someone

Staff Disrespect

Includes:

• Ignoring staff instructions
  
  

• Arguing with, mocking, or undermining staff

Spamming & Flooding

• Message spam
  
  

• Emoji spam
  
  

• Repeated copy-paste messages

Advertising

Includes:

• Advertising servers, services, or self-promotion without permission

Staff or Public Figure Impersonation

Includes:

• Pretending to be staff or a known public figure

• Copying another user’s name, profile, or identity

• Offensive, NSFW, or inappropriate names or profile pictures
